Our Health Guarantee
This puppy is warranted only for the purpose of being a family pet. No warranty is represented for special functions of breeding or showing, regardless of show or breeding potential. This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy. It is not transferable. Your puppy comes vet checked, current vaccinations, and up to date on de-worming schedule.
All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.
A licensed veterinarian* must examine your puppy within 3 business (Monday-Friday) days of delivery. In the event of a claim the buyer agrees to get a second opinion from a second licensed veterinarian that is selected by Premier Creams. If there is a problem, veterinarian will interpret the reports and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only! Failure of the buyer to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within three business days of delivery voids this guarantee.
Buyer agrees to keep shots and de-worming up to date. Puppy must not be allowed into any area that may be contaminated with parvovirus or other contamination that could make your puppy sick. Isolation of a new puppy in a clean environment is the only way to ensure its safety. Proper veterinarian care is a must for all puppies and dogs. Failure to do so can be fatal to your puppy.
Puppies in general are at risk for Coccidiosis and Kennel cough which is common in puppies and usually by bacteria. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. Puppies must be picked up ar a mutually agreeable location.
All warranty claims must be made in writing with a reset from the buyer's veterinarian within 10 days of being diagnosed. We must be notified at one at the onset of the problem. We reserve the right to have a vet of our choosing examine the puppy. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a puppy is being returned for guarantee claim, you must return the puppy, and all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to us. A returned puppy must be returned to us in good condition. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from us.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be from comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers, to ensure satisfaction.
All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and under no circumstances will be paid by Premier Creams! There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodetic mange, and other auto immune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Premier Creams will not be held responsible for any cost accord after the sale is final. Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental or negligant death or injury.
Our puppies diet consists of Diamond brand puppy food. If you plan to switch foods, we highly recommend providing at least a small amount of the Diamond food, to help the transition go easier for the puppy (A small bag will be sent home with you if if the puppy is picked up locally). Food should be gradually switched at least for a one week time period, slowly increasing the food of your choice. Following recommendations printed on the bag should always be heeded.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your new puppy, and we will do all in our power to make your buying experience a pleasant one. Blessings...Justus & Veronica
